So far so good. I'm happy with my four appointments and the care of each person to pay attention. I have issues with back, hips, knees, weight. Not one size fits all. I'm doing my best to follow the plan from both PT and Orthopedic.

I didn't know what to expect when I went to ATI for physical therapy. Everyone working there are very nice, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They all work as a team. I feel good when I'm done with my session. Also, these exercises I have learned will help me to having a more active life.

I could not be happier to have the wonderfull crew in Round Lk working with me after a 3 neck fusions. I was so scared to EVEN think the pain after A surgery. But I truely look forward to going to PT. They feel like family ❤️

The Staff is very professional, attentive and compassionate to your needs. . Every client or patient has exercises designated specifically to their needs and problems. The staff assists you with these exercises. The facility is very clean and has a lot to offer. Great experience !!

@pgerardo, it almost sounds like you were there for a single day…which isn’t fair since the evaluation and day 1 have to establish a starting point. Give that team a chance, they won’t let you down ;) For my own review: this location provides staff that are intelligent, attentive, and specifically focused on each patient - and FUN! This setting is clean and safe feeling, and bright with many windows. I’m back for another body part and looking forward to the genuineness of the staff and the healing my body needs.

After my wife and I were involved in a head-on collision (thanks to some reckless driver 🙄), we were left banged up and in need of some serious recovery. Our doctor recommended physical therapy, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose ATI Physical Therapy in Round Lake Beach! The staff has been incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in our recovery. They take the time to tailor exercises specifically to each patient’s needs, ensuring every session is effective and engaging. Plus, they somehow manage to make physical therapy sorta fun—which is saying a lot when you're working through aches and pains! The facility is clean and well-equipped. The team not only guides you through exercises but also provides the motivation and encouragement to keep pushing forward. They also give you a program to do at home, which is very helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Went in for a neck pain causing dizziness and left not only having it taken care of, but with extra exercises to do for further stabilization Mark knows how to push ya to get better and Wes was communicative and attentive, explaining well what exactly we were working on and why, with both ensuring my treatment went very well. Overall wonderful experience, can’t recommend it enough!

I can’t say enough great things about this PT team. Alex, Wes, and Mark are absolutely amazing. Going through a painful time isn’t easy, but they make every visit enjoyable. Their energy, positivity, and sense of fun really set them apart. They create such a welcoming environment, and even the music playlist is always on point! I’m so grateful for their support and care, highly recommend!
